We had some very high end appliances that were not operating correctly. Paul came out promptly and started the process of working with the manufacturer to resolve the problem for us. Because the appliances were new, it became obvious they needed replaced and not just repaired. Paul spent a good bit of time giving the manufacturer what they needed and in the end helped get them replaced for us. I would also like to say that my husband was at the peak of frustration with this and numerous other situations and was not the nicest person to Paul. Paul was very kind and understanding and did not allow my husbands frustration to affect him. He continued to assure us that he was here to help and just continued on with helping us. So, to sum it up we can recommend Paul and won't use anyone else. He was knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. We will not hesitate to recommend Paul.

We called Paul because we had two issues. The ice maker was broken and the dishwasher made a lot of noise. Paul responded quickly for a diagnosis. He was very reasonable with that initial diagnostic bill. Sears wanted twice as much. A new ice maker was installed, and all is fine. Paul worked on our 15 year old Bosch dishwasher for almost a half hour replacing water lines and a valve, but noise would not stop.He was very apologetic and told us it was the motor. He was very honest and did not charge us for all that time he worked on it. Paul was always in time. Kept us informed if their was a slight delay. We decided to buy a new dishwasher.Paul was very informative and offered excellent advice on our options.He makes extra effort to help you. Thanks Paul.

Paul was reasonable from the get go! He went to work getting at the heart of the problem right away and new exactly what he had to do to fix it, and was never uncertain of the fix, he just knows his stuff. I was totally impressed…totally! So much so, that after he visited, I asked him to look at a couple of other appliances that were giving us problems.

What a blessing to have Paul repair our appliances. As a bed and breakfast, we have a plethora of washers and dryers and kitchen appliances. He has done a fantastic job of keeping them going. The best part about his service is that he is careful to check, double check, triple check, and then check again before he leaves. He has diagnosed and fixed problems, advised about cost, told me to never use aftermarket parts. He loves that we look online and have a little insight into the problem before we call. If you need a repair on a refrigerator, Paul is the man to call from Apollo Appliance. Mine was on the blink and he came quickly and knew what he was doing. Great guy and he was fair.

We were given Apollo Repair referral by a commercial repair company because we we were unable to find someone who does trash compactter repairs. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. I asked if he would take a look at the fireplace remote. With a simple phone call he had the problem fixed in a flash. Very reasonably priced, and sevice was wrapped in old fashioned friendliness and a plethora of hands on experience. Thank you again, Paul. Job well done. 5 star job for sure

Paul came to our home and repaired our refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was apparent that he has a lot of experience doing that kind of work. The price was very reasonable as well. I was pleased with the service and the refrigerator works great now. Thank you.

My washer would not drain and Paul came quickly, showed me why, walked me through resolving it so I could do I could do it myself and said I could call if I forgot and he would walk me through it. While he was there he spied a small piece of granite that fell from the counter edge and grabbed his nail gun and reset the granite section. Right next to it I had a little ceramic bird with a broken tail. He glued the tail back on as well! No extra charge. Where can you get that kind of specialness? From Paul at Apollo! It was just happenstance that he saw the other issues and I'd never expect that again, but it shows the character of this man and his company. Excellent!

I called to have my dryer fixed expecting to be told they would be out "later" but instead was told they would be at my house within 2 hours. When they arrived, they figured out what was wrong, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem. I was told if there were other issues which I had told them there were other things that had happened, I was told that I would not be charged another service call if those continued, but they thought that the problem was fixed. I appreciated the professionalism and quick response and the fact that I can still afford to put food on the table. Too many companies take advantage of people these days...that is not the case here.

When my dryer stopped working, I called Apollo Repair immediately, and they were able to provide same-day service. The Owner, Mr. Paul, did a thorough assessment of the problem, provided me with a comprehensive understanding of what caused the problem, and immediately began the repairs. I am so relieved that during the assessment process, they checked my dryer vent and discovered the remnants of birds' nests and other material that had been blocking the air from flowing through the vent properly, which ultimately caused overheating and damage to some of the parts in my dryer. So, not only did they repair the damage to my dryer, but they also resolved the issue that caused the damage in the first place, by thoroughly clearing and cleaning the vent, and ultimately preventing a serious fire hazard! Now, this is what I call "EXEMPLARY PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!" I will definitely be using the services of Mr. Paul again, and plan to schedule a regular annual cleaning of my dryer vent with this outstanding company!

The freezer in our 20 year old Kenmore refrigerator quit working. After calling Sears Repair (answered by someone in India), I called local repair businesses to compare service call prices. Paul answered the call, made an appointment for the same day and was able to repair our problem in a timely manner. His fees are very reasonable, he's personable, he communicates and explains what he needs to do and he's honest. You won't find better service anywhere!

Appreciated a fast response time to a tenant issue for a refrigerator that was leaking. Called and explained the problem and the cost to repair as well as fixed it that day with guarantee to come back if then issue persists. Highly recommend Paul from Apollo Repair!

I had an excellent experience. I felt as though Paul was very Honest with me. Even though my washer could not be repaired, he didn't jack me around for money. He gave me very good tips on brands to steer clear of and several places to buy new, used and refurbished washers. When he came to my place, he said hi to all my kids, didnt mind my dogs got right to the point was clear and respectful and was done. He wasnt in to wasting my time or his but was very professional in his manner. I will call him again in the future for all my appliance needs. Thanks Paul
